    This Muay Thai event is open to all Women+ in the sparring community.

    All experience levels are welcome, but sparring experience is required. Register in advance and respect your training partners—we’re here to learn, grow, and support each other!

  • what to expect

    Warm-up: Introduction, event structure, rules, and warm-up rounds.

    Drilling: Partner drills to connect and refine techniques before sparring.

    Sparring: 3-minute rounds, 1-minute rest—take breaks as needed!
